Review: I can tell right away that this book is one of the best photo books about Elvis in the 70's released in the last few years. You can get a full impression on what happened in Uniondale during a weird day July 19, 1975, since the book covers two shows, which were released separately firstly in 90's and in 2004 on double CD set.
The book consists of three sections, two dedicated to the shows from July 19, 1975 and one to the shows from June 27, 1976 in Largo, MD. Landover Capital Center . Moreover, you can find here many candid shots of Elvis coming to The JFK Hilton Hotel, relaxing after the first show and leaving for a evening gig. Other candid pictures include May, June and July 1975 photos of Elvis.
A very nice addition to the book is "Elvis Trivia" section, by which you can learn about the destiny of Elvis's Star ring, scarves, Kenpo Karate label on Elvis's guitar and so on.
All the pictures are in great quality, almost all are in colour, many are close-ups. The photos are mixed with Elvis's comments during the show and articles from the local newspapers.
As an extra bonus book includes dates and places of Elvis's tours in 1975 and all Elvis's albums released in 1975, "Time capsule" of 1975 (major events of the year), scanned tickets and pictures of the showplaces.
In overall I can say, this book is done with great love and care and surely deserves to be in every Elvis fan's collection.
