Package: It contains all necessary information, including a small review of the show: "Once he walked out on that showroom stage it was pure magic, said the 28 years old woman after she had left the Presley show last Thursday (8/20/70) at the International Hotel in Las Vegas. She was so overwhelmed, that she had tears in her eyes. And she was not the only one who had! With his recent Vegas Engagement Presley reached another peak in his career. His this year's Summer Festival, which will end with a special three show night on September 7th, was not just a success for the 35 years old singer; it was a giant triumph. He broke all previous attendance records. The management of the hotel presented him a gold belt-buckle for his achievements. Basicly the engagement's schedule called for a total of 57 shows. But the tickets, which have been mainly sold to pre-order customers, where all gone within a few days. So the management of the showroom and Elvis' manager Col. Tom Parker quickly added the additional 3:00 a.m. show on closing night. But don't hurry. Even for this extra performance all tickets are already sold to fans around the world. But finally there is a single good news for all of those, who had no chance to attend the fantastic Presley shows personally. MGM seems to plan a documentary about Elvis's live appearances. Portions of this year's Summer Festival shall be included in the film. So, if you do not have a ticket, watch out for the ads of the theatre near you for a little consolation!" Unfortunately the pictures used in package are not from this exact show due to the fact that they are unavailable.

Elvis: When MGM and RCA disappeared with their recording equipment from the showroom on August 13th, 1970 they thought they would have enough material for the new Presley Documentary "That's The Way It Is!" They did not figure that the best was still to come. But the fans knew it better. They captured all the lost moments. Without their help, we would never be able to relieve the magic that was Elvis Presley.

Highlights: This show contains very rare songs, such as Sweet Inspirations - a straight improvisation by Elvis. More unfortunately is only one verse long, but very touching. In overall, if you're a fan of so called "peak Elvis shows" (see That's The way it is 3 CD box Set) this one is for you. By the way this show was not captured on soundboard, so do not even dream that sometime it will be released as soundboard
