Title: Rock'n'Nassau (published in 2003)

Language: English

Number of pages: 96

Review: The book contains black and white photos of Elvis from two shows in Nassau Coliseum on June 23, 1973 (matinee show) and June 24, 1973 (matinee show). Also some backstage photos are included. One of the most interesting shows Elvis leaving JFK airport in Queens for Nassau Coliseum.

Pictures from June 23 are in small quantity, what we can't say about June 24 show. The only color photo is on the backcover of the book. Almost all the photos were never released before. Although many people think these shows were great and Elvis was rocking the showroom, the picture on page 91 captured Elvis thinking about anything, except the show. This picture makes me feel that Elvis did not worry much about the show. Some approval of this opinion may be found while listening to theBorn To Give Us Fever CD (June 23, 1973 matinee). The show was close to ordinary touring and entertaining the audience by standard show program.

Anyway this book is professionally done with great love and care to Elvis and his country. If you're a fan of Elvis in 70-s this book is for you.
