Package: This CD is a standard product of Stage Entertainment label, which produced about 10 releases in the middle of the 90-s. The photos, used on the cover and inside are not from this actual show, and seems not to be not from this tour either. However, they are in color, but in poor resolution.
Elvis: He is in a very good mood and he even forgets where he is: "It's good to be back in Jacksonville", he says just after the first song. "Ask and you will receive"- he adds to some fan's request, although he never satisfies any. The show includes very strange additions of That's All Right (Mama) and Heartbreak Hotel - in the end of the show.
The major highlights of the show are My Boy, It's Midnight and Burning Love. The sound quality is a bit better than average audience recording, so it is quite listenable and the show gives us a good portion of energy even 21 year after. The show is quite weird.
This show was recorded on soundboard and hopefully it will appear some day. This was the beginning of 1975 - the first tour of the year starting on April 24 and finishing on May 7 in Murfreesboro, TN. Almost all the tour shows were professionally recorded, so this CD is interesting for those, who can't wait. As for me, I like all 1975 shows, no matter what sound and date they are. This was a strange year: year of great falls and great highlights, like all Elvis's career.
